New Delhi, India — 24 May 2026 — Codec Networks Pvt. Ltd. today announced the launch of its Global Cyber Back-Office SPV Program, a dedicated offshore delivery model that gives global organizations ring-fenced cybersecurity execution capacity from India, with secure access, documented SOPs, quality assurance, SLA dashboards and steering-committee governance.
Cybersecurity has become a continuous operating function rather than a series of projects. Security product companies need post-sales L2/L3 support and customer health checks; banks and insurers need continuous vendor risk reviews and compliance evidence; MSSPs and MDR providers need trained analysts for alert triage and reporting; consulting and audit firms need scalable evidence-review and testing capacity; and enterprises need ongoing validation of applications, cloud controls, incidents and third parties. Three structural pressures sit behind all of this: a shortage of skilled cyber talent, the rising cost of 24x7 operations, and a growing demand for auditable, SLA-driven cyber processes.
The Global Cyber Back-Office SPV is designed as an operating model, not staff augmentation. Codec stands up a dedicated pod aligned to the customer’s tools, processes, time zone and governance, across five service lines: Product-Centric Cyber Operations for security OEMs; TPRM/GRC Operations for high-volume vendor risk and compliance evidence; SOC/MDR Back-Office for SIEM and EDR/XDR triage, reporting and use-case tuning; VAPT and Secure Engineering Back-Office for testing, retesting, API and secure code review support; and Forensics and Incident Support for evidence indexing, timeline drafting and RCA documentation.
“Global security leaders are not short of tools. They are short of trained people who can run those tools to a standard, every day, with evidence. The SPV model gives them a team that is theirs in every way that matters: their access controls, their workflows, their governance, with Codec carrying the hiring, training, quality and continuity.”
— Piyush Mittal, Director Business Governance, Codec Networks Pvt. Ltd.
Security of the delivery model is built in from the first day. The recommended default for regulated and global clients is customer-controlled systems, with Codec personnel working only through approved, monitored, role-based channels: SSO and MFA, least-privilege RBAC with periodic access review and immediate revocation, a dedicated tenant or secure VDI with no unauthorized local storage, encryption in transit, restricted downloads and DLP, full access and task logging, QA sampling with two-person integrity for sensitive outputs, and documented continuity through SOPs, handover notes and backup resources. Sensitive data stays in the customer’s environment; only approved work outputs leave it, under the agreed DPA and SOW. The customer retains ownership of all business decisions, production changes, risk acceptance and regulatory or customer-facing commitments.
Pods scale with the relationship. A Starter Pod of 3–5 FTEs supports discovery and limited pilots; a Pilot Pod of 5–8 FTEs runs a one-year controlled engagement with defined SOPs and monthly reporting; a Managed Pod of 15–30 FTEs adds shift coverage, tower leads and quarterly steering; and a Strategic Pod of 30+ FTEs operates as a five-year co-innovation partnership with automation, a training academy and productivity commitments. Each pod combines L1 analysts, L2 senior engineers, L3 specialists, a QA reviewer, a tool administrator, a security and compliance liaison, a service delivery lead and a program manager.
Commercially, customers can begin with a fixed-fee 90-Day Discovery Pilot covering process mapping, access assessment, a trial team and a pilot scorecard, then move to a 1-Year Pilot SPV, a 3-Year Managed SPV or a 5-Year Strategic SPV on per-FTE, per-shift, per-assessment or outcome-linked terms. Performance is measured against acknowledgement, triage, closure, quality, reporting and access-review SLAs, reviewed daily on the floor, weekly with the customer, monthly as a service review, quarterly at steering committee and annually for commercial and roadmap decisions. Optional add-ons include AI-assisted report drafting under customer-approved AI governance, a dedicated customer portal, quarterly executive cyber-risk dashboards, a product and process training academy, and co-branded or white-label reporting for consulting and MSSP partners.
The Global Cyber Back-Office SPV Program is available immediately to cybersecurity product companies, banks and financial institutions, fintechs and payment platforms, insurers and the cyber-insurance ecosystem, MSSPs and MDR providers, consulting and audit firms, and large enterprises worldwide.
