His experience includes Information Security and Governance, Risk and Compliance Controls for more than 100 enterprises, public sector undertakings and government institutions. He has also built and led large IT teams in India and for Global operations across the subcontinent’s, developing a broad understanding of complex technology environments and enterprise priorities.

At Codec Networks, Arvind aligns business strategy, specialist capabilities and service delivery with Clients’ Cyber Security needs.   • Automation and Analyst OversightSunny’s approach retains analyst oversight while using automation to support investigation workflows and reduce repetitive effort. He combines defensive monitoring with an understanding of adversary techniques to evaluate detection coverage and strengthen operational readiness.
  • Incident Response and Digital ForensicsIn Incident Response and Digital Forensics, he supports incident scoping, evidence handling, forensic analysis and response coordination. Working with authorized stakeholders, he helps communicate incident developments, support recovery coordination and identify improvements for future preparedness.
  • WCAG 2.2 Accessibility and Compliance AuditsAlongside Security Operations, Sunny leads the WCAG 2.2 accessibility and compliance audit programme, coordinating structured assessments, reporting and remediation guidance to help clients address digital accessibility requirements.
  • Centre for Professional Excellence (CoPE)As the lead for Codec Networks’ Centre for Professional Excellence, he directs curriculum development, practical learning, professional mentorship and internal capability development.
